Oktoberfest a celebration of German history in suburban Long Grove

LONG GROVE, Ill. (WLS) -- The month-long celebration Oktoberfest continues in suburban Long Grove.

The annual celebration of the village's German history kicked off over the Labor Day weekend and features plenty of German food, wine and beer, plus live music, hayrides and an antique tractor show.

Oktoberfest 2015 will take place every weekend in September and many of the family friendly events are free.
