CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago police officer was stripped of his duties after a woman filed a federal lawsuit claiming abuse.

Jianquing Klyzek, 32, says it happened last summer when police raided Copper Tan and Spa in the Noble Square neighborhood.

Her lawyer says surveillance video shows an officer hitting Klyzek while she was in handcuffs.

The lawyer also says the officer can be heard threatening Klyzek and saying she is not an American. Klyzek is a naturalized citizen.
