18-year-old man found dead in Altgeld Gardens home, Chicago police say

CHICAGO -- Detectives are conducting a death investigation in the case of a man who was found dead Saturday afternoon inside an Altgeld Gardens home.

The 18-year-old was found unresponsive about 12:15 p.m. inside a home in the 13200 block of South Ellis Avenue, Chicago police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No other information was available.
