Round Lake woman, 66, charged with prostitution

ROUND LAKE, Ill. (WLS) -- A 66-year-old woman from north suburban Round Lake was charged with prostitution.

The Lake County sheriff's office received a complaint about prostitution at a home in the 25000-block of Route 120 in Round Lake. Karin M. Gocza lives there.

An undercover detective contacted Gocza, posing as a customer. The sheriff's office said she agreed to perform sexual acts for $190 cash.

Gocza was arrested on July 1 and charged with prostitution.

The sheriff's office said she was given $1,500 bond and is due back in court on July 29.
