Jimmy Kimmel sells $2.18 million Los Angeles home

Jimmy Kimmel of ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live has sold his East Hollywood Hills house for $2.18 million.

The 5-bedroom house sits on a 10,628-square-foot property with views of mountain ranges, canyons and city lights at night.

Built in 1945, the Hollywood Regency-style home has its own recording studio with sound booth. Outside is a spa, pool and hot tub.

Kimmel bought the house for $925,000 in 2002.
