SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- Illinois Lottery players could once again get a shot at winning money and donating to a good cause.
Legislation has been introduced in Springfield to continue the Red Ribbon Cash game; 100 percent of the game's proceeds goes toward prevention and care for those fighting HIV and AIDS in Illinois.
Since 2008, the game has raised more than $6 million for the cause.
This would be the ninth year for the special scratch ticket.
