Rideshare lanes installed at O'Hare

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There are signs of change for new transportation options from O'Hare Airport, as the paint is drying on new ridesharing lanes.

Earlier this month, the Chicago City Council approved regulations that allow Uber, Lyft and other such services to operate at both O'Hare and Midway.

The new rules take effect next Wednesday.

Licensing fees and taxes are expected to raise $2 million a year for the city.
