Robin Thicke to perform at Illinois State Fair

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- R&B star Robin Thicke is coming to this year's Illinois State Fair, performing at the Grandstand on Aug. 17, officials said Thursday.

Thicke is most known for his songs "Blurred Lines," which won the 2014 Billboard Music awards for Top Hot 100 Song, and "Love After War."

Tickets go on sale June 13 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased through Ticketmaster, by phone at 800-745-3000 or at the Illinois State Fair Box Office, which opens June 9.
