ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. (WLS) -- A new program is giving heroin addicts a chance to start over with no questions asked.
As part of the "Second Chance" program in Rolling Meadows, any addict who wants to get clean can walk into the Rolling Meadows Police Department, ask for help, and not face charges.
The department is using money seized from drug dealers to pay for rehabilitation treatment for any addict seeking help.
