Chicago man charged in CTA sexual abuse

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago man is accused of sexually abusing a woman on a CTA train.

The incident happened last spring.

Police say Juan Juarez entered a train car in the 2000-block of North Sheffield and stood next to victim.

After the doors closed he allegedly pressed himself against the woman and moved to another train car.

Juarez is charged with aggravated battery and sexual abuse.
