Shelby Caine, 15, and special needs infant missing in Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A young mother and her special needs child have been reported missing from Chicago's West Side, police said.

Police are looking for Shelby Caine, 15, and her 3-month-old daughter, Zoey, who is on a heart monitor, oxygen and has a feeding tube. They were last seen in the 1000-block of N. Central Park on Thursday, police said.

Shelby was last seen wearing gray leggings and a tan and brown jacket, police said. Zoey was last seen wearing pink pants and a pink top.
