Young men get help improving interview skills

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A job can be the ticket to a bright future- but first you have to get though the interview, and those can be tough.

So Chicago's Black Star Project held mock interviews to help young black and Latino men improve their interviewing skills. Organizers called it "The Shark Tank," and just like a real interview, there was a reward for the person who did the best.

It wasn't a job, but cash. Still, no one really lost.The young men all went home with new and improved skills.
