Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Reynaldo Lopez left Sunday's game against the Minnesota Twins with right shoulder tightness, the team said.

Chicago said he would be reevaluated Monday. Lopez lasted two-thirds of an inning, allowing three hits, two walks and four runs.

White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez left the game in the second inning with lightheadedness after making contact with the wall when attempting to catch a grand slam by the Twins' Jake Cave in the first inning.

The White Sox said Jimenez is currently being evaluated.
