ROSEMONT, Ill. -- Some of the top fitness trainers from around the U.S. will be in Rosemont June 25 and 26, 2016 for TheFitExpo Chicago. This ultimate fitness weekend features competitions, classes, and 200 companies showing the latest health and fitness products. Come dressed to work out with free express classes from some of the pros. Everyone who participates will even win a prize! TheFitExpo also features a Kid's Zone with a supervised space for children under 12 to learn, play, and have fun. To preview the big weekend of activities, Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks, and Hollywood's physique expert Eric the Trainer joined ABC 7 live in-studio.
