United Way honors community leaders at annual luncheon

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There was a celebration for all the work United Way does for the Chicago area.

ABC 7 is a proud media sponsor of the United Way. The organization honored several community leaders at its annual luncheon Thursday.

The Lifetime Leadership Award went to businessman Andrew McKenna, the Community Leader Award went to Celena Roldan with the American Red Cross, and retired businessman Timothy Maloney received the Visionary Volunteer Award.

ABC7's Terrell Brown was the emcee.
