Steven Carmona, 40, charged in 'upskirting' video taping of teen girl on Red Line

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago man is accused of shooting video up a teenage girl's skirt on the CTA Red Line.

Prosecutors say Steven Carmona, 40, began getting video of the 16-year-old at the Belmont Red Line station on April 1. He then followed her on a southbound train to the Harrison Street stop.

Carmona got off the train with her and allegedly took video up her skirt while walking up the stairs.

A judge ordered him held on $150,000 bail.
