Uptown high rise fire sends two to hospital

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A fire in a high rise in the city's Uptown neighborhood sent two men to the hospital, officials said.

The fire started in a building at Marine Drive and Lawrence Avenue Thursday morning, officials said. Crews extinguished the fire and contained it to one unit.

Both men were hospitalized, but are expected to be okay, officials said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
