An argument broke out in the 5400-block of West Division at Davis Park, police said. Someone then opened fire around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, hitting four people, including the woman, who happened to be driving by.
A 29-year-old man was taken to Mount Sinai in serious condition; officials say the other three victims are in good condition.
No one is in custody and no other details have been released.
