CHICAGO (WLS) -- A North Side Labor Day tradition 52 years in the making is a testament to do-it-yourself celebrations.
The Woogms Parade stepped off at Pine Grove and Wellington Monday morning. The parade features only participants, no spectators. In fact, the parade's motto is "Everybody Marches, Nobody Watches."
Marchers of all ages wound their way through the Lakeview neighborhood, ending up on the front lawn of Presence St. Joseph's Hospital.
