Gang member gets 85 years in murder case

October 22, 2009 (CHICAGO) Police started questioning Daniel Nevarez after a tip led them to search the basement of a building his grandfather owned in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood.

The body of 25-year-old Eric Kaminski was found buried under 6 feet of concrete. He had been shot several times.

Kaminski was last seen in May, 2004. His body discovered more than 3 years later.

Police believe Nevarez suspected Kaminski had stolen money and drugs from him.
