Demonstrators chanted and held up signs outside a bank branch in Chicago's Loop. The protest was organized by a group called the Chicago Anti-Eviction Campaign.
Lawsuits have been filed against Bank of America for allegedly misleading investors who got mortgages from the bank. A Bank of America spokesperson says the company has taken steps to offer more assistance to financially distressed customers and foreclosure is a last resort.
