They discussed the adventure with Mayor Rahm Emanuel today.
On Wednesday, the students were invited to visit by First Lady Michelle Obama. They met her in April when she came to their school to talk about gun violence.
The students met with both the First Lady and President Obama, who shared a little advice.
"He told us that we have to be leaders for the youth around us and be positive role models. It was a wonderful experience, i never expected that I would make my way to DC to even meet the President, to even see the White House," said Malik Cook, Harper High School student.
Many of the students describe the Obamas as humble and outgoing.
