CHICAGO (WLS) -- Part of the Chicago River looked more like a child's bathtub Thursday afternoon.

About 57,000 rubber ducks splashed into the river as part of the 11th annual Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby, which benefits Special Olympics Illinois.

The owners of the ducks that crossed the finish line first were awarded prizes.

Last year's event raised $400,000 for the Special Olympics and this year's derby was even bigger.
