CHICAGO (WLS) -- Tuesday is the last day at Chicago City Hall for Ald. Will Burns (4th Ward).
He is leaving to be director of Midwest policy and senior advisor for Airbnb, a hospitality website that allows people to rent out their homes to travelers.
He is currently serving his fourth term serving the 4th Ward, which includes the Bronzeville, Kenwood and Hyde Park neighborhoods.
Anyone interested in taking Burns' place has until Friday to apply online.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel will pick a replacement by the end of next month.
