Death penalty possible for murder suspect

County prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a Chicago man accused of killing a pharmaceutical sales representative he briefly dated. Reginald Potts, Junior has pleaded not guilty to murder, kidnapping, vehicular hijacking and robbery in the death of 28-year-old Nailah Franklin.

Franklin's body was found in September, eight days after she was reported missing. She and 31-year-old Potts dated on and off in the past.
