Local former priest indicted on Ariz. sex charges

A grand jury in Maricopa County, Arizona, indicted Donald McGuire on charges of child molestation. Prosecutors say he met the victims while visiting between 1988 and 2002.

In 2006, McGuire was convicted of molesting two students at Loyola Academy in the 1960's.

McGuire was arrested Tuesday in Oak Lawn and complained of chest pains. He was taken to a hospital.

A bond hearing is set for Friday.
