Fireman who made noose suspended

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. The fire chief in Michigan City says firefighter Michael Osborne made the noose earlier this month during a training session on knot-tying.

Following an investigation, the fire department decided to suspend Osborne for five days without pay.

Michigan City mayor Chuck Oberlie called the incident "stupid," saying there was no room for it.
