Parking police to photograph violations

CHICAGO The citations will now include a photograph showing the violations. The city's department of revenue announced Wednesday they will slip a picture into the envelope when they mail a parking ticket.

Revenue director Bea Reyna-Hickey says sometimes well-meaning people need to see that they did something wrong.
