One of Chicago's oldest residents celebrated a special day Saturday.Louise Braklow is turning 106 years old.

Her actual birthday is Monday, but Saturday, her friends at the Norwood Crossing Retirement Community threw her a birthday bash complete with a cake and balloons.

Braklow was born in 1902, and we're told she is closely following the presidential campaign and the Chicago Cubs. For 52 years, she was a first grade teacher at Oakton school in Evanston.
