Teen shot while visiting Chicago dies

CHICAGO Eternity Gaddy was standing outside a family party early Sunday in the 3400-block of West Potomac when she was shot in the head.

Gaddy and her family had planned to leave Chicago on Sunday for Allentown, Pennsylvania, where they have lived on and off.

No arrests have been made, but police are reviewing surveillance tapes taken from the building.
