After somebody spotted them, they called 911. Game and wildlife officers are standing-by with tranquilizers and a net. They're concerned for the safety of the bears and for people living nearby.
"Some danger also. You know, you got small kids, and walking on the street. You never know," said Carmen Preda Concerned Parent.
Officers were able to tranquilize one of the cubs and get it out of the tree, but at last check, the others are still up in the tree.
