Our guest is Dr. Steve Sauerberg, the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate. He is running against Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin, the Senate's assistant majority leader. Three other candidates are also on the ballot.

We'll ask Sauerberg why he's running, why he thinks Durbin should be replaced, and his stands on the issues, including his specialty, health care.

Dr. Sauerberg is a family physician who continues to see patients between campaign appearances.
