Cedric Benson won't face charges

Two grand juries decided against indicting Benson.

Benson was stopped may third on a lake in Texas and was charged with boating while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Then, he was pulled over in Austin on June 7 and arrested on a drunk driving charge.

The Bears cut Benson after his second arrest.
