The British Association of Dermatologists says doctors should know a red or itchy unexplained rash on the ear or cheek could be a direct result of mobile phones.
The group says many doctors are unaware that mobile phones can cause the condition.

It affects people who develop an allergic reaction to the nickel surface on mobile phones after spending long periods of time on the devices.
