A Chicago police officer gave Davis the ticket last November after he allegedly swerved over the center line. Davis was driving with three other African American passengers when he was stopped. He says he did nothing wrong.
On Wednesday, a judge dismissed the ticket after testimony from one of the officers involved in the traffic stop.
