Authorities say Johnson suffers from Alzheimer's disease and frequents the areas of 71st Street and Jeffery, 48th Street and Winchester, 55th Damen and 71st -76th streets and Stony Island.
Anyone who has seen Johnson or has information concerning his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Chicago police Area Two Special Victims Unit.
