Couple arrested during 'Hannah Montana' movie

April 14, 2009 Police say 32-year-old Gerardo Arellano and his wife, 32-year-old Maribel Fernandez, of Hoffman Estates, were caught recording the movie. Police say the two were sitting in the back of the AMC Theatres in South Barrington with a video camera Friday.

On Monday, bond was set at $20,000 for Arellano. He faces a series of charges, including online sale of stolen property. Fernandez was charged with criminal use of a motion picture facility.

Investigators say they found thousands of CDs and DVDs containing pirated movies and duplicating equipment at the couple's home.
