Dixon's drivers license was taken away when she refused to take a breathalyzer test following a traffic stop. Dixon admits to drinking two glasses of wine earlier in the evening but says she was not drunk.
As she was driving home, Dixon says, a squad car pulled out in front of her forcing her to swerve.
