Nineteen-year-old Matt McIntosh died July 5.
His mother says neither of her children have traveled out of the country and she doesn't know how they caught the virus.

July 16, 2009 (DILLSBORO, Ind.) Katrina McIntosh of Dillsboro says her daughter, Mindy McIntosh, remains in critical condition at University Hospital in Cincinnati but shows signs of improvement. She says her daughter moved her head and her arm Wednesday and can breathe some on her own, so doctors will try to wean her off a ventillator.
