Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Avocado, Mango, Lime & Smoked Paprika

  • 1lb. sushi grade ahi tuna, center cut loin
  • 1ea ripe avocado
  • 1ea ripe mango
  • 1ea fresh lime
  • mint leaves (thinly ribboned)
  • sea salt
  • spanish paprika
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Directions:

    Slice tuna to desired thickness – about 2 inches long, 2 inches wide and ¼ inch thick. Lay out on ice-cold platter. On top of tuna, lay a thin slice of mango and avocado. Over each piece of tuna, drizzle olive oil to taste. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top of all fish. Sprinkle sea salt, smoked paprika and thinly ribboned mint leaves.

    Serve all ingredients extremely cold.
