Porter and the victim who has cancer both worked at the 3-1-1 call center.
In May, the victim asked porter to get her some groceries and gave him her debit card along with her pin number to pay for them. Porter withdrew $200 but did not buy groceries.
When the victim had to be hospitalized, porter allegedly withdrew 800 dollars from her account. Today, bond was set at 50-thousand dollars.
