Man due in court in police shooting

October 26, 2009 Nicholas Koulentiky faces two counts of attempted murder. Koulentiky exchanged gunfire with police officers at 134th and Brandon Avenue in Hegewisch Sunday morning. No one was injured.

Police were called to the area in the first place to investigate reports of a disturbance.
