1/2C Onion diced
2T Olive Oil
1T Maple syrup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Trim bottom of chard then chop into 1" pieces. In a large pan heat oil over med hi heat add onion and cook until just translucent. Add chard and saute until chard is wilted. Add maple syrup and stir coating chart evenly with syrup. Remove from heat and serve.
