The most recent allegation stemmed from a November 25 incident at Rincon's girlfriend's home. The victim says the earliest incident took place in September of 2007.
At the time of his arrest, Rincon was wanted on three outstanding warrants - one for sexual exploitation of a child, and two for traffic offenses.
