"Whether it be in Germany, or Texas or Washington, DC, sometimes those airline tickets can be very costly for a family of modest means," said Gov. Quinn.
During his trip, Governor Quinn spent time visiting with soldiers at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. He also delivered holiday cards made by school children to Illinois troops.
