2 charged in assault of mentally challenged woman

April 23, 2010 (CHICAGO) Phillip Brown and Rajah Latimore are both 18 years old.

They are each charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault and kidnapping.

The 18-year-old victim was reported missing after she was last seen Monday. She was found Tuesday night in the 5600-block of South King Drive.

They are each being held on $750,000 bond.
