More cell phone users going pre-paid

This year, customers have been making a big shift toward pre-paid cell phone service.

It often costs less and does not require a contract.

Contracts are still needed to get popular phones like the iPhone and the Droid, but pre-paid service could get even more attractive as companies make further price cuts.
