Push for peace in South Side community

Members of the North Lawndale College Prep Charter School community held a peace march and rally Friday morning. They walked from the school to Douglas Park.

The event was meant to celebrate 153 days of peace.

Last August the school set a goal of 153 days of peace out of 170 attendance days.
