The accident took place early Monday morning in the 700-block of Sheridan Road.
Three others, including the driver Szymon Zawadski, were hurt when the car crashed into a tree. Veronica Rojas and Natalie Stygar were killed.
Zawadski is charged with DUI and reckless homicide. He is hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Another victim is still hospitalized in critical condition. A third has been treated and released.
