A somber service was held at the courthouse Tuesday to remember the victims.
On July 20, 1992, Jeffery Erickson slipped free of his handcuffs and wrestled a gun from a federal marshal. He shot and killed Deputy Marshal Roy Frakes and security guard Harry Belluomini.
Erickson then killed himself.
